Batik Air (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Baggage Reconciliation System (BRS) mobile
application (“Application”).
This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, stored, and protected
when authorized Batik Air
employees use the Application. This policy is designed to comply with Google Play Store
and Apple App Store
privacy requirements.
1. Application Scope
The Application is an internal enterprise tool intended solely for authorized Batik Air staff
and contractors.
It is not intended for public or passenger use.

3. Camera & Permissions
The Application requires access to the device camera exclusively for scanning baggage
tag barcodes.
The camera is not used for:

- Facial recognition or biometric processing
No camera content is stored on the device or transmitted outside authorized systems.

Information collected is used to:
- Authenticate and authorize staff access
- Perform baggage reconciliation operations

- Meet aviation operational, audit, and compliance requirements
